Stiloul Creativ rebrands as Syntropy, formalising its shift into strategy-led marketing

Stiloul Creativ, an independent Romanian agency that launched nearly a decade ago as the country’s first copywriting-only shop, has rebranded as Syntropy, reflecting what the company describes as an expansion beyond writing into strategy-led marketing consultancy.

The agency says the change formalises a shift that has been underway for years, as its work moved from standalone copy services to integrated marketing strategy and digital growth delivery for national and international clients.

Alongside copy and creative execution, Syntropy’s offer now includes brand strategy, SEO architecture, performance marketing and AI-integrated systems.

“At some point, the name stopped reflecting what we were actually building,” founder Nicoleta Bujor said, pointing to the growing importance of coherent marketing systems in a landscape shaped by automation and algorithm-driven discovery.

The Syntropy name blends “entropy” and “synergy,” and the new visual identity uses the paragraph symbol as a central element, signalling a focus on structure. Under the repositioning, the agency will operate across six areas: strategic consultancy, creative studio, digital growth, crisis and brand management, corporate training, and an AI-focused division called Future Level-Up.

The rebrand comes as agencies and in-house teams increasingly adjust to changes in how audiences find information online, with search and social platforms relying more heavily on algorithmic ranking and recommendation.
