Chinese Hexing Group, the owner of Livoltek brand in Romania, registered a turnover of approximately 76 million lei (around EUR 15 million) for 2025, in the first year of activity on the local market.
In its first year of activity in Romania, Hexing grew rapidly, becoming one of the main suppliers of inverters and energy storage batteries for the local market, as well as smart metering, through the group’s only factory in Europe, operating in Giarmata, Timiș County.
The company currently has 70 employees in the factory and local offices, and a national network of over 22 distribution partners and over 100 authorized installers, supported by a logistics warehouse and a technical center in Timisoara.
The most requested products in the company’s portfolio are hybrid inverters, Livoltek storage batteries, and charging stations for electric vehicles, followed by BESS modular systems for commercial and industrial applications.
Around 80% of Livoltek’s business on the local market is generated by residential projects through the Casa Verde, REPowerEU, and ElectricUp financing programs, but also through private investments made directly by homeowners.
Livoltek and Hexing Europe continue their regional expansion, already present in the markets of Turkey, Serbia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Austria, and the Republic of Moldova.
In Bulgaria and Serbia, the company collaborates with local distributors for the residential and industrial segments, and in the Republic of Moldova and Turkey, it already operates a regional office.
