Lucescu, a perfect return as head coach of the Romanian national team after 38 years

Mircea Lucescu returned as head coach of the Romania national football team after 38 years, with a 3-0 win in Kosovo, in the first match of Group C2 of the UEFA Nations League.

Dennis Man opened the score in the 40th minute, after taking the ball on his own and finishing with a 16-yard shot into the far corner. In the 44th minute, Man set Mihăilă up perfectly, but the latter sent the ball to the crossbar.

Răzvan Marin converted a penalty in the 51st minute after Man was fouled in the box, and Drăguș set the final score in the 81st minute after Mihăilă had hit the post again in the 59th minute.
