Mihail Kogalniceanu Constanta International Airport registered a total traffic (commercial and non-commercial) of 80,007 passengers, up 51% compared to the previous year.
Also, a number of 9,871 aircraft movements (landings and takeoffs) were recorded, an increase by 9.4% compared to the same period last year (9,024 aircraft movements recorded in 2021).
In 2022, 4,793 tons of cargo were transported, an increase of 161% compared to the previous year (1,834 – value recorded in 2021).
Regarding commercial passenger traffic, the recorded value was 66,472 passengers from regular, charter and general aviation flights, an increase of 41% compared to last year (47,096 passengers recorded in 2021).
