10-15 centimeters of snow covers streets in Bucharest, and the meteorologists say that it will continue to snow, at least until Saturday afternoon. The police advise drivers and pedestrians to be more cautious.
Local authorities announced that 293 machines and 2.088 operators are working on the streets of Bucharest, respectively 40 machines in Sector 1, 63 machines in Sector 2, 30 machines in Sector 3, 52 in Sector 4, 47 in Sector 5, and 61 in Sector 6.
Bus lines 116, 135, 141, 143, 182, 232, 330, 335, 382, and 610 no longer run on the tram tracks, but on the street and make stops on the sidewalk. Also, tram line 36 was blocked for 25 minutes on Ziduri Mosi Street.
