Cloud9 is investing €3 million in a modern school, integrated into the Evolution residential project. The new educational facility will be ready to open its doors to students in the 2026-2027 school year.
The building, with a height regime of B+GF+2F, integrates 10 classrooms, 4 laboratories, library, gym, medical office, and administrative spaces. The infrastructure is complemented by indoor and outdoor sports fields, underground parking for teachers, an elevator, its own kitchen, and large windows.
Developed on an area of 3.2 hectares, Cloud9 Evolution will include 1,148 apartments, over 1,200 parking spaces, and a wide range of integrated facilities: 1 hectare of green spaces, a multifunctional sports field, a children’s playground, and a commercial area.
