Romanian Ministry of European Investments and Projects transferred the 500 lei aid for clothing and school supplies to approximately 200.000 other beneficiaries.
Thus, until December 23, approximately 360.000 cards were credited with money, the total amounts transferred in 2022 from European funds exceeding 1.8 million lei.
For the 2022–2023 school year, 405.000 preschoolers and students receive this aid for supplies and clothing, compared to 245.000 beneficiaries in the previous school year.
The aid is sent to children in preschool state education, provided that the monthly income per family member is up to twice the level of the minimum guaranteed income for a single person (298 lei / month).
Also, are eligible to get this aid students in primary and secondary state education, if the average monthly net income per family member is a maximum of 50% of the gross minimum basic salary per country (1,275 lei / month).
