Iustin Răducan scored the ”Goal of the Year” in 2022 for Romania’s national teams

Steaua Bucharest player Iustin Răducan (17 years old) is the winner of the ”Goal of the Year 2022” competition, organized online by the Romanian Football Federation.

In the final, Răducan defeated Isabela Lazăr (16 years old), the player of Universitatea Craiova, after he scored 55 percent of the total votes cast by supporters on December 29 and 30.

Iustin Răducan competed with the goal scored in the friendly game between Romania U18 and Serbia U18, score 1-1.

Iustin Răducan is the son of former Steaua player and one-time Romanian international Narcis Răducan. Playing as a striker, Iustin is part of Steaua Youth League team, but he also capped a few games for the first team.

For ”Goal of the Year 2022” competition, Romanian Football Federation proposed 16 goals scored this year by the national teams, either male or female, and supporters registered on the ”Tricolor Lawn” website voted in an elimination system.
