Rotterdam won first place as the most attractive city for environmentally conscious travelers, according to Momondo data. Cluj-Napoca sits in the 86th place, while Bucharest took the 105th place.
Cluj-Napoca offers some of the most affordable green cars for rent, at prices that are, on average), 32% cheaper than non-green cars. Also, the large number of markets and second hand stores make Cluj an excellent place for environmentally friendly shopping.
Bucharest also offers some cheap green car rental options, with prices 38% cheaper than conventional cars. In addition, the urban transport infrastructure has a decent quality, which means that tourists can visit the capital’s major sights without a significant carbon footprint.
